In their place you also can learn how to do an ayurvedic massage or how to do henna tattoo. For the massage the minimum period of time is 3 to 5 days. It includes the theory part: explanation of the origin of ayurveda, description of the oils and their use, description of all the movements and techniques. And the practical part: applying each theory concept on each part of the body and practical massage on different persons to be able to feel the pressure needed depending of the type of body.

At the end you will have to perform a whole body massage to your teacher and you will receive a certificate homologated by the government of India.
